We began offering interior design services in 2014. The focus at that time was integrating interior design into our remodeling projects, to include renderings, selections, and even furniture placement/window coverings/space planning/and more. This allowed us to create a better more confluent end-product for our clients, provided a turnkey solution since clients could work with only one company from start to finish, and it helped our team prepare for the job ahead.
Since then, we have expanded those interior design services to include architecture, becoming a true Design Build Contractor. We create plans, in-house and work with engineers for projects like additions and major renovations where drastic layout changes take place.
For new home plans and major additions that include more complex plans, we outsource the work to a trusted architect.
Our Interior designers carry four-year design degrees (minimum) and understand the construction process thoroughly, a key distinction that is often overlooked. When you build what you design, the design better work.
We do offer interior design services by the hour and can provide materials at a percentage over our cost. We maintain dozens of accounts for building materials like cabinetry, tile, plumbing fixtures, fireplaces, BBQ grills, outdoor heaters, and more.
