Designers and Contractors that Meet Your Needs 

Interior design is a critical component to most of our home remodeling projects. It provides a better end product for our clients while preparing our team for the job ahead. Yet our interior design services aren’t limited to large remodeling projects, our team of designers and contractors can provide a range of services, including new home design and development, window coverings, fireplaces, furniture placement, space planning, 3D renderings, CAD drawings, and can even order materials since we maintain many national accounts. Clients are billed by the hour so you can receive as little or as much help as you need. And with our design center, your legwork is limited.  

Since 2014, our design staff has created many beautiful projects for clients. But it’s not just the finished product that matters, a beautiful design also has to be feasible and cost effective. Our designers understand this concept. They are not only involved in projects through construction, they also provide working drawings for our trade partners, like electricians. This a very important distinction since many decorators/designers don’t have a full understanding of construction. Interior designers are not required to have a design education or any certifications in the state of Colorado.

All three of our designers have four-year design degrees. In addition, Tera has a master’s degree in architecture and is a Nationally Certified Interior Designer (NCIDQ), Lorna is also nationally certified, while Deanna is pursuing her national certification in 2021.
