Yes. Stewart pulls every required permit and manages all inspections in El Paso, Teller, and Douglas counties, including through the Pikes Peak Regional Building Department. Permitting is built into our design-build process, so you never coordinate paperwork or schedule inspectors yourself.
You can almost always stay in your home. Your kitchen itself is typically out of use for two to six weeks of active construction. Stewart helps you set up a temporary kitchen space and sequences the work to keep that window as short as possible.

Yes. Stewart clients make their selections at our Design Center at 5061 N 30th St, Suite 102, in Colorado Springs, by appointment. You work with your designer to compare cabinetry, tile, countertops, hardware, plumbing fixtures, and flooring in person. It is a working design center for our clients, not a walk-in showroom.
Yes. Stewart designs and builds custom cabinetry sized to your exact space rather than adapting your kitchen to stock cabinet dimensions. Custom cabinetry lets us maximize corners, ceiling height, and specialty storage such as deep pot drawers and full-height pantries.
